The Jacki Rickert Medical Marijuana Act sponsored by Rep. Mark Pocan (D-Madison) and Sen. Jon Erpenbach
(D-Middleton) is awaiting introduction and a committee assignment. There
will be a press conference at the Capitol in early November. Hearings
will also be scheduled. Once the JRMMA has been voted out of both
committees, it will head to a floor vote in both houses. Final votes
will not happen until early 2010.
