| Share a Therapeutic Cannabis Anecdote?: I am a recovered parapoligic with 4 fused verts, seperated R shoulder, 4 rods in L leg, 2Pins in L ulna neer elbow joint and a bulged disc. I have found it impossible to live my life on morphine, vicatin, valume, and other Rx. Then I started smoking marijuana to eleviate these hard drugs. Although it dosent take all the pain away, it helps eas the sharp stabbing pains while still letting you know your limitations, and taking your mind off the rest for awhile. Its a wonderfulmedicine for now I think in time with my injuries I may be back to the "hard stuff" |
| Comments: I did not have a comment as much as an important and desperate question. Iwould like to do this legally by finding a doctor and cannibus club in the pismo beach, centeral coast area. I have been searching with a number of other sites who didn't seem too knowlegable please please help me put an end to this seemingly endless endever |

A strain of cannabis has helped some RP people but I haven't found it yet. If the pharmaceutical co's can develop a plant that is better than the ganja god created I would grow that. |

I am not ashamed to COME OUT of the hempen closet, & speak up for the RE- legalization of Cannabis. Our current Federal marijuana laws are blatently UNCONSTITUTIONAL & the power of making such laws should be left for the States to decide for themselves (doesn't the 9th & 10th Amendments to the Constitution mean anything anymore?). |

| Share a Therapeutic Cannabis Anecdote?: Recently released from 23 month stint in Washington State prison for a manufacturing MMJ charge. Wasn't allowed to argue a MMJ defense, though I had a contract with a local buyers club (Greencross). |

A good friend stopped by and shared some medicine and within 15 mins I was sitting up on the side of the bed and later walked him to the door. Best particular strain for my kind of back I ever saw. |

| Share a Therapeutic Cannabis Anecdote?: Never will I forget the Journey for Justice with you guys in Wisconsin. Picked up at the airport in a huge motorhome to drive the 100 or so miles to Mondovi and to Jacki's house to begin our trek. The night at the motel on our first or second day, we gathered in the parking lot at dusk, and contemplated what our Journey meant to us individually and as a whole. When it was my turn to speak I remember the strength that all of you gave me. I was in awe of you guys as this Journey was my first real chance to get out of the Armchair and off my butt and onto the road to help put an end to this suffering we see all around us. You showed me that no matter what, WE MUST stand strong and stand strong together to make changes that can not only save the planet but the people that reside on it. If the American people could just see into our hearts and somehow feel the love we have for this marvelous gift from God, the following enlightenment would set a fire under all our asses until WE THE PEOPLE were once again the ones that make the rules in this country. I will never forget any of you each and all! |

| Share a Therapeutic Cannabis Anecdote?: Very recently a friend of ours was given some high grade Cannabis from a friend since he is on the Liver transplant list and he has been so sick. He said that when he wakes up in the middle of the night in so much pain he smokes a little Cannabis and he feels much better. His wife is a very strick fundamentalist Christian and she is so happy to see her beloved husband smiling and getting a little relief from his pain. These are the things that make it all worthwhile to me! |

| Share a Therapeutic Cannabis Anecdote?: After having suffered several TIA's(small strokes)I smoked MMJ after each attack.My Dr. has informed me that the MMJ protects my brain from damage after the stroke,& it also dialates my arteries so that the blood clots do not block off O2 to my brain.It helps with my anxiety,neuromuscular pain,lack of appetite,insomnia,& several other medical problems not associated with the strokes.The down-side is that I am on probation for 5 more months on a posession charge(illegal search,charged with X2 actual amount).If I get popped on a UA,I'll go to a Texas State Prison for 2yrs!!! Keep fighting!!We can not keep killing people for their choice of medicine!! |
